Position : SAP HCM Payroll - International Location : Pune (Hybrid) Note : UK or Swiss Payroll experience is Mandatory Role Name: SAP S/4 HANA HCM functional consultant Key Responsibilities: Conversion Planning & Analysis: Analyze current HCM landscape using SAP Readiness Check to identify necessary changes, obsolescence, and best practices for H4S4 migration. System Configuration: Customize SAP H4S4 systems, including Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure, Pay Structure, and Organizational structure. Business Partner Synchronization: Execute and map employee data to SAP S/4HANA Business Partner (BP) format. Data Migration & Cutover: Manage HCM data migration, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, as well as cutover planning for the Go-Live. Process Redesign: Adapt existing HCM processes to the updated H4S4 environment and resolve gaps during the transition.
