Job Description
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the SAP HCM module on ECC and/or S/4HANA platforms.
- Should have worked on at least one full-cycle implementation and one support project on SAP S/4HANA.
- Capable of understanding business processes and mapping them effectively to SAP HCM in an S/4HANA environment.
- Responsible for direct client interactions, including requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of core SAP HCM processes such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll (as applicable).
- Experience in migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA in the context of SAP HCM is ideal.
- SAP Human Capital Management domain knowledge is considered an added advantage.
