At Würth IT , we're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Consultant to join our international HR Solutions team.

What you’ll do

Lead implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Configure and optimize SuccessFactors modules, including:

  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Onboarding (ONB)
  • Time Management
  • Recruiting / SmartRecruiters
  • Performance & Goals

Work with Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Reporting, and system integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to design innovative HR solutions.

Support global rollouts, testing, data migration,...
