SAP FTM Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP FTM Senior Manager to serve as the FTM Workstream Lead for the US pool within our Global Delivery Center in Mexico. This role combines solution leadership, people leadership, and delivery governance across projects. You will work hands‑on in SAP delivery, oversee a mid‑sized team of FTM consultants (approximately 30), ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements, and build FTM capability by upskilling and cross‑skilling the team.

What you'll do?

Solution & Delivery Leadership

Lead and govern SAP FTM solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS).

Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates.

Act as an escalation lead for complex FTM design or integration issues (SD, MM, Banking, Tax Engines like One Source, Vertex, 3rd Party Systems, ARIBA etc.).
