SAP FSM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements.
• Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC).
• Design end-to-end service processes for field operations, including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Train end-users and support change management.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus.
• Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration.
• Integration experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) using SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI.
