Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in SAP ECC environment with a focus on Incident and Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP preferred).
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.G., ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global support environment.
