Job Description
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in SAP ECC environment with a focus on Incident and Service Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP preferred).
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.G., ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a global support environment.
