The ideal candidate will have 12-16 years of experience in SAP and will be responsible for developing the overall SAP Grow capability and go-to-market offerings, including accelerators. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP solutions and a proven track record in capability development and market strategy. It is also that the candidate had hands on experience in implementing and deploying solutions using SAP Private Cloud.

- Capability Development: Lead the development and enhancement of the SAP Grow capability, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and market demands.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for SAP Grow offerings, including the creation of accelerators to drive market penetration and customer adoption.
