SAP Encoder

The SAP Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining warehouse and inventory data in the SAP system. The role ensures that all material movements, transactions, and records are properly entered and synchronized within the system to support smooth transactions, efficient inventory management, and reliable data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update all warehouse transactions (goods receipt, good issue, stock transfers, and adjustments) into the SAP system accurately and on time.
• Ensure date integrity and consistency of all entries related to materials, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor and verify SAP postings against actual documents (DRs, MRs, POs, etc.) to prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, purchasing, and logistics teams for proper documentation and timely data submission.
