SAP DTS

We are seeking an experienced SAP DTS (Demand to Supply) Senior Manager to serve as the DTS Workstream Lead for the US pool within our Global Delivery Center in Mexico. This role combines solution leadership, people leadership, and delivery governance across projects. You will work handson in SAP delivery, oversee a mid-sized team of DTS consultants (approximately 30), ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements, and build DTS capability by upskilling and crossskilling the team.

What you'll do?

Solution & Delivery Leadership
Lead and govern SAP DTS solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS).
Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates.
Act as an escalation lead for complex DTS design or integration issues (MM, AP, EWM, Sales, Ariba, VIM, Fieldglass, EWM, GTS, FI/AP).
