ABAP Development Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring a team of ABAP developers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
Designing, reviewing, and optimizing ABAP solutions across SD, Logistics, and Finance modules.
Collaborating with functional consultants and global business stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Overseeing the full development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with SAP standards and best practices.
Driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Serve as the escalation point for critical technical and delivery issues
Qualifications
10-15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in SAP ABAP ( SD, Logistics, Finance ).
Strong knowledge of SAP core business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procurement, and Finance.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing development teams in a global delivery environment.
