About the Job:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP HCM ABAP Developer with deep expertise in Payroll, Time, and Pension processes to support and further develop our HR Core landscape.

What You Do:

• Develop and enhance SAP HCM solutions with focus on Payroll (DE/CH/AT), Time Management, and Pension modules.
• Perform analysis, debugging and optimization of payroll clusters and time evaluation results.
• Implement enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and interface developments (RFC, IDoc, proxies, APIs).
• Support and troubleshoot Payroll Year-End, follow-up activities, and operational issues.
• Manage integrations with SuccessFactors Employee Central and external providers (CPI know how preferred).
• Handle incidents (SNOW) and change requests (JIRA), providing effort estimation and implementation.
