- Troubleshoot issues related to authorization in Windows fileserver

Divestment
- Extract and transfer archived data to buyer
- Extract and transfer archived documents to buyer. Create quality documentations on maintenance activities (changes, configurations, etc.)
Software Management
- Install Enterprise Scan application
- Install new patch for Enterprise Scan
- Troubleshoot issue related to Enterprise Scan
- Install WinViewer application
- Install new patch for WinViewer
- Troubleshoot issue related to WinViewer
