Job Description

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP CX Solution Lead – Utilities position for our client.

**Location:** Denver, CO
**Duration:** 2+ years

**Duties:**

+ Lead the end-to-end SAP CX workstream, including discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
+ Deliver SAP Service Cloud solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IS-U.
+ Lead design workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
+ Design utility customer service processes, including billing inquiries, move-in/move-out, payments, outages, and complaints.
+ Define CX solution architecture and integration using SAP CPI, APIs, CTI, payment platforms, and customer portals.
+ Manage project scope, risks, quality, and cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.

**Skills:**

+ Expertise with SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP CRM.
+ Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA integration.
+ Experience with SAP CPI, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
