Job Description

  • Ensures the production and correct function of SAP Sales & Distribution in core SD module and the integration modules (EHS, MM, WM, PP, FI) and developments by 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support

  • Alignment caused by changes of organization and new requirements in the supported areas

  • Analyses business requirements, develops concepts with the business departments, coordinates with stake holders and implements the change requests

  • Optimization of business processes in cooperation with the business departments

  • Conduct knowledge transfer for supported business processes and systems

  • Provide support in SD relevant authorization management

  • Provide training and create functional and technical requirements for developments

  • Documentation and adherence to standard

  • Manage SAP helpdesk and prioritize approved development change requests in all modules with outsourced AMD vendor
