Responsibilities


• Execute troubleshooting for master /transactional data errors, configuration issues, and access-related problems

• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support with complete documentation

• Provide first-level support for multiple SAP modules

• Handle user account management (password resets, user unlocks, access provisioning)

• Monitor background job failures

• Diagnose and resolve common SAP issues using SAP Notes and knowledge base resources

• Document resolutions and update knowledge base with troubleshootin...
