SAP Capture Clerk

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To accurately and timely capture data of all reservations and requisitions on SAP system to ensure smooth operational production at shafts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Accounting/Finance Certificate will be advantageous
• Computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential
• Stores SAP Capture Clerk with Materials Management experience is desirable
• Administrative controlling/organising clerical experience is desirable
• Valid Medical certificate or medically fit to obtain such a certificate

COMPETENCIES

• Customer service awareness is essential
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people of all cultures and levels
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential
