Field Based
Salary Range £70000-£80,000 per annum, car/car allowance, plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme
About the Role
As the SAP Capability Lead, you will take ownership of the direct line management, enablement, and daily delivery excellence of our functional consulting team. You will be instrumental in ensuring our consultants apply best-practice SAP solutions across active projects, acting as an operationally focused leader who mentors our team and drives strategic alignment.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
Directly oversee the functional consulting group (covering Finance, Supply Chain, etc.), facilitating professional development, appraisals, and continuous upskilling.
