- SAP BW Consultant Job Title: SAP BW Consultant Year of Experience: 5+ Years Job Description: Experienced SAP BW Support Team Member. 5+ years of experience supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing SAP BW 7.4 or similar systems. Ability to identify issues based on limited information from Level 1 (L1) Help Desk tickets.
- Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing system. Uses previous experience to enhance the support process by creating Knowledge Base Articles or similar for L1 support staff to increase percentage of L1 ticket resolution. Duties include, but not limited to the following: Primary contact for the BW application team for all support related issues.
- Performs scheduling and monitoring of data activities, including creation/ enhancement of process chains. Creation/ Enhancement of OLAP cubes.
