POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong process modelling and transformation experience (not a functional SAP consultant). This role focuses on understanding, redesigning, and optimising business processes across core retail operations, with a strong emphasis on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) within an SAP S/4HANA environment . You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, structured, and actionable business requirements , driving measurable process improvements.
