• The SAP BTP Service Manager will develop, manage, and improve SAP Business Technology Platform services within a global IT and ERP operations organization.
• You will coordinate service delivery with external vendors, monitor performance and backlogs, maintain documentation and governance, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Applicants should have about 5+ years in SAP/ERP or IT service/application management, strong SAP platform knowledge (ideally SAP BTP/S/4HANA), vendor and stakeholder management skills, and fluent English.
• The permanent full-time position is based in Helsinki, Turku, or Vaasa, Finland, requires a valid right to work in Finland and SUPO security clearance, starts Aug–Sep 2026, and pays about 4,000–6,000 EUR/month depending on experience.
