We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration suite Senior Manager to serve as the Integration Workstream Lead for the US pool within our Global Delivery Center in Mexico. This role combines solution leadership, people leadership, and delivery governance across projects. You will work hands‑on in SAP delivery, oversee a mid‑sized team of SAP Integration consultants (approximately 30+), ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements and build SAP Integration capability by upskilling and cross‑skilling the team.

What you'll do?

Solution & Delivery Leadership
Lead and govern SAP integration solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS).
Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW delivery oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates.
Act as an escalation lead for complex Technical design or integration issues between applications.
