SAP BPC / SAP BW Functional Analyst - AMS

The Role

1. Incident and Request Management in the AMS Environment

• Analyze and resolve functional incidents in SAP BPC , related to:

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Financial consolidation

• Data loads, validations, business rules, and reporting

• Handle incidents and requests in SAP BW , ensuring:

• Proper execution of ETL data load processes

• Data availability and consistency in InfoProviders (DSOs, InfoCubes, ADSOs)

• Correct operation of queries and reports

• Verify data flows between source systems and SAP BW/BPC , identifying load errors, inconsistencies, or data deviations.

• Manage tickets under the AMS operating model , complying with defined priorities, impact levels, response times, and SLAs .
