Job Description:

The SAP BI/BO Expert is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions using SAP BusinessObjects and related analytics tools. This role includes managing the end-to-end lifecycle of BI development — from requirement gathering and semantic layer modeling to dashboard/report creation and user enablement.

The candidate must be well-versed in SAP BO components (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboards, IDT/UDT) and their integration with SAP BW, ECC, and S/4HANA.

This position involves working closely with business stakeholders to transform reporting requirements into functional BI assets, ensuring high performance, data accuracy, and usability. The manager will also lead BI teams, enforce governance, and support long-term analytics strategy.
