  • Must have experience in SAP Business Suite- Basis , solution manager, ERP and CRM
  • Technically fluent in Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database (SAP HANA, SAP
  • ASE, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB) administration
  • Must have exp on Basis production support activities
  • System monitoring, Performance optimization and troubleshooting, transport
  • Administration
  • Must have handled a team of 15 to 20 L1 & L2 consultants
  • Understanding on the ITIL framework
