Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support for SAP systems run on AWS
  • Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution
  • Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions
  • On projects supporting the build and migration of SAP systems on AWS
  • Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer's requirements
  • Providing out of hours support cover when scheduled to the support rota
  • Deploying Lemongrass tooling to support the automation of basis and infrastructure activities
  • QualificationsMinimum of 5 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components
  • Experience with SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration.
  • Hands on experience in supporting customer SAP systems and/or implementing and/or migrating SAP systems preferably to AWS
