Job Description: SAP Basis Administrator
Mandatory Skills
• Proven hands-on technical experience
• SAP Basis and SAP HANA experience
• Basis implementation experience (On-Prem → Cloud and/or ECC → S4)
• Hands on experience or solid understanding of:
-SAP system upgrades (EHP/SPS/Kernel)
-SAP HANA installation, upgrades, backup/recovery, performance tuning
-SAP system/client copies and DB refreshes
-Cloud fundamentals including networking, storage, and HA/DR setups
• System upgrade and infrastructure management experience
• Hyperscaler experience (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Understanding of Technical Managed Services and ITSM processes
• Fluent English (written & verbal)
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
