Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle SAP Business One implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-go-live support
Engage with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and design ERP solutions aligned with business objectives
Configure and customize SAP B1 modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Sales, Purchase, and Inventory
Perform business process mapping, solution design, and system configuration
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, formatted searches, and Crystal Reports
Work on integrations, add-ons, SDK developments, and third-party system connectivity
Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Conduct UAT sessions, resolve functional and technical issues, and ensure smooth deployment
Troubleshoot application and database performance issues
Prepare and maintain documentation (BRD, FRD, SOPs, user manuals, process flows)
