SAP Ariba Specialist

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to support the core application of SAP Ariba. As part of the IM Services Functional Application Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring user satisfaction, incident management, and engaging with key users to meet business needs in SAP Ariba and related technologies.

• Provide operational support for SAP Ariba and related applications, ensuring the integrity of the production environment.
• Support incident management by ensuring systems are up and running, resolving application‑related tickets.
• Administer SAP Ariba configurations and monitor interfaces between Ariba and SAP ECC.
• Lead application enhancements, support change management processes, and collaborate on project execution with business stakeholders.
• Engage with key users for training and feedback, ensuring seamless system operation.
