Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery across initiation, design, build, testing, and go-live phases
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies for large-scale SAP analytics and data transformation programs
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators
- Drive Agile / SAFe delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Ensure alignment with banking regulatory requirements (BCBS 239, IFRS 9, LCR, NSFR, AML, MIS reporting)
- Define target architecture for SAP analytics using SAP BTP, HANA, SAC, and Datasphere
- Design scalable data models supporting financial, risk, and management reporting
- Architect secure integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems (Core Banking, Treasury, CRM, Data Lakes)
