Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide level 2 SAP Application support team and responsible to support ATS SAP application, VMS and troubleshooting, configuration of the application.
Work on SQL to run query on database.
Perform troubleshooting on unable to login SAP Application issue, employee information updates incomplete update of the employee information and other application related issues.
Work together with other support team to resolve transaction discrepancies in downstream applications.
Requirement:
Candidate will possess SAP application functional knowledge preferably on SAP Fieldglass application
Knowledge on SQL queries.
2-3 Years of working experience as application support.
