SAP ANALYST

FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking an efficient SAP Analyst who has a strong understanding of the operating systems, networking and security. The candidate is expected to have a full understanding in AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Will be assigned as SAPB1 Administrator to handle and monitor the SAPB1 general setting, master data, license distribution, user account access, system document series, posting period closing, and database back-up.
2. Provide first-level support to address all SAPB1 users’ issues related to transactional, reports, system configuration, and system set-up.
3. Collaborate with ICT Department in resolving SAPB1 technical, hardware, and software issues.
4. Coordinate and discuss unresolved issues with the SAPB1 Consultant for second-level support.
5. Execute queries for analysis of SAPB1 users as needed.
