REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in a relevant position.SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or project management.Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.Familiarity with tools like Solution Manager, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM platforms.Prior experience in managing AMS transitions and hypercare support phases.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and AMS best practices.Good communication skills.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership skills, deep technical understanding, and excellent stakeholder management to ensure smooth post-implementation support and operational excellence.
