Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the solution on timely manner
  • Transfer the functional specification to Technical specification
  • Plan and execute internal Unit testing and integration testing
  • Identify root causes, proposing test cases and fixes, and developing new debugging tools while working closely with product teams
  • Involve in the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Support projects, including responding and solving the issues raised in the tickets.
  • Adhere and support requirements gathering, produce documentation, training, system configuration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client support tickets
  • Work collaboratively with the Technical/AMS lead to address outstanding issues
  • Work closely with customers, IT Functional to handle day to day support and maintenance to resolves outstanding incidents in a timely manner, provide continuance improvement opportunities.
