Job Description
The sanitation worker supports a high-volume production line by handling candy products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that packaged goods meet quality standards. This role involves working on a rotating schedule in a automated manufacturing facility and requires consistent attention to detail, safe material handling, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Must have
-Production or packaging experience
-Previous sanitation experience
-Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Responsibilities
- Take a crate of candy and dump it onto the production line
- Sanitize machinery ensuring a GMP environment
- Quality checking products
- package boxes with the products
- Support weekend and rotating shifts as scheduled to ensure continuous operation of the production facility.
- Report any issues with product quality
