Overview

Performs the preparation, assembly, packing of sandwiches, and other food-related products. Maintains safe working conditions, following Food Safe Procedures.

Responsibilities

Assembles food service items as per standard recipe. Maintains productivity and efficiency levels. Ability to use weighing scales for weight checks when required. Ability to record QA documents in real time. Packages and labels prepared product for distribution. Cleans and prepares fresh produce items. Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and fixture surfaces as per provincial and company standards. Performs daily sanitation of the facility. Follows the allergen policy. Perform daily checks (Critical control points and control points) and records information as required by Standard operating procedures.
