Job Responsibilities

1. Take customers' orders
2. Prepare food using manual methods such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming
3. Use oven and other equipment to prepare fast food items like sandwiches, salads, and beverages
4. Portion, assemble, wrap, and package food for service and take-out
5. Prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea
6. Serve customers at counters
7. Stock refrigerators and front serving areas; keep records of food usage
8. Receive payment for food items
9. Wash vegetables and work surfaces
10. Clean kitchen appliances and garbage containers
11. Store supplies properly in refrigerators and storage areas
12. Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning tables and trays
13. Wash dishes and utensils by hand or using a dishwasher
14. Store dishes in designated areas
15. Perform other related duties as assigned
