We're Hiring: Storage & Backup Engineer (SAN Storage)
Location: Cyberjaya
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–6 years experience)
Contract: 18 Month
Salary: 5,000MYR – 7,000MYR
Job Responsibilities
Storage Operations
Monitor storage and backup systems performance and capacity
Respond to alerts and resolve incidents within SLA
Perform routine health checks and maintenance on SAN and storage environments
Handle backup and restore requests from business users
Troubleshooting & Support
Troubleshoot storage & backup issues (SAN connectivity, disk failures, performance bottlenecks)
Escalate complex issues when required
Support internal teams with storage provisioning and access
Configuration & Implementation
Assist in configuring storage arrays, SAN switches, and backup systems
Support storage changes following approved change management processes
Compliance & Security
Apply security controls such as access management and patching
