Sample Receipt Officer

ALS Food & Environmental NZ, based at Ruakura Research Centre in Hamilton, is looking for a dedicated, full-time Sample Receipt Officer. Leveraging your strong customer service skills and attention to detail, you'll engage with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. This is a Fixed-Term covering Parental Leave. The working schedule will be Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring prompt, professional communication and effective resolution to queries.
• Receive samples from clients and couriers; sort and label a variety of food samples with strong accuracy.
