Sample Development Lead

We are looking for a Sample Development Lead to manage our apparel sample creation process from start to finish. You will lead a team to produce high-quality, cost-effective samples on time, ensuring they meet all design and quality standards. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a strong background in apparel production and a passion for bringing creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end sample development process, ensuring timely delivery of all samples.
• Lead and mentor a team of sample makers, pattern makers, and development staff.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, and Production teams to ensure product accuracy.
• Manage sample quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Streamline and improve the sample development workflow for greater efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in pattern making, garment construction, and materials.
