Sample Cutter

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced sample cutter to join our team. The sample cutter is responsible for accurately cutting fabric according to patterns and specifications to create samples.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to lift and move fabric rolls or materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience of 8+ years as a sample Cutter or in similar role in the apparel industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken). Strong English is required for communications with vendors outside Quebec.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Duties / Responsibilities

• Accurately cut fabric for samples using manual or electric cutting tools (Round Knife).
