Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front-of-house service shifts for quality assurance
• Act as manager-on-duty when required
• Train, coach, and support FOH staff
• Resolve guest feedback and service issues promptly
• Assist in inventory management and cost control
Requirements:
• Service and hospitality experience is essential
• 2 years in a sous chef role or equivalent
