Overview The Shelfer/Expeditor is responsible for keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and running smoothly. This position ensures that all products are properly stored and rotated and also assists during service by coordinating food orders, checking plate quality and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to guests. ◊ Primary duties include coordinating the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room. This position is responsible for accurate plating, timely order assembly, communication between kitchen staff and servers, and support of overall food service quality. This individual is expected to demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and guest-focused behavior that reflects GNCC brand values.
