Role Description

The Salsa Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based at Melody Makers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The instructor will teach salsa and related Latin dance styles to children, teenagers, and adults in both group and one-to-one formats, ensuring safe, engaging, and progressive learning experiences. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, demonstrating techniques and routines, providing individualized feedback, and preparing students for performances or assessments when applicable. The role also involves welcoming and guiding learners and families, answering class-related questions, and supporting trial lessons and enrollments. The instructor will collaborate with the wider teaching team to coordinate schedules, participate in recitals and community events, and contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive studio atmosphere.
