Compensation Range: $30-$40 per hour comprising of GUARANTEED BASE WAGES, productivity incentives, tips, commissions, periodic cost of living adjustments, along with Weekly & Monthly Salon Performance BONUSES! + Up to a $1,200 SIGN-ON BONUS

Previous Salon Management/Leadership experience in a similar environment is preferred
