Sales/Planner Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, RFQ and quotation preparation
• Follow up on orders and maintain good customer relationship
• Coordinate with customer on delivery schedule and order confirmation
• Monitor sales forecast and order pipeline
• Plan and schedule production based on customer orders
• Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and Warehouse department
• Control inventory level (raw materials & finished goods)
• Update production plan and report status to management
