Requirements Grade 12 and a driver’s license in compulsory. 2+ years’ experience in sales. Knowledge: Sales and Marketing Customer service Management The English language Administration Verbal and written communication skills. The willingness to travel to see account customers, to stores and training. Responsibilities Monitor the early childhood environment and provide feedback about changes, trends and areas of impact on the company’s services. Accurate weekly reporting and updating of sales. Perform other duties and responsibilities when requested. Advise customers on product availability, cost, performance and options. Visit companies i.e. new customers to follow up on service and resolve complaints.
