Sales and Product Knowledge

  • Encourage and recommend Ella Beverages based on customer preference, stay up-to-date on trends and new drinks.
  • Actively work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Store Operations

  • Process transactions, assist client payment, maintain a clean and organized Ella Machine, and perform general tasks like restocking, inventory count, and minor machine troubleshooting.

Teamwork and events

  • Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing efforts.
