Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and meet targets set by the company.
• Maintain customer records and manage returns or refunds.
• Provide feedback on potential new products or services.
• Assist in marketing campaigns by offering support and advice on promotional activities.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions; handle customer complaints or queries with effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience and familiarity with the Zayed City market.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
