Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools
- Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user adoption and productivity
- Participate in UX discovery, user journey mapping, wireframing, and solution design
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Integrations
- Understanding of UX principles, usability standards, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, or user journeys
- Excellent communication and collaboration ability
