Johnson Controls is seeking a UI Architect / UI Lead / Senior UI Developer to join our Solution Navigator team. In this highly visible role, you will own frontend architecture and UI strategy for a large-scale, enterprise B2B ecommerce platform built on Salesforce.

You will shape how our digital products look, feel, perform, and scale, defining UI standards, frameworks, and design systems that enable multiple teams to deliver high -quality, consistent, and accessible user experiences at enterprise scale.

This role requires deep expertise in UI engineering, Salesforce platform development, modern JavaScript frameworks, and enterprise design systems, along with the ability to lead teams through complex technical and UX challenges.
